Skylite & Associates Limited is an HR consultancy based at Goldland Estate, Suite 1 in Ongata Rongai. We work with organisations across Kenya on the full range of the people function — from writing the policies and evaluating the jobs, through to recruiting into them and training the people who fill them.

Our clients come to us for different reasons. Some have no HR function at all and need one run for them. Others have a capable team that needs specialist support at a particular moment — a restructure, an audit, a difficult hire. We are set up for both.
